Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the impugned order dated 05.07.2017, read with the updated list dated 01.11.2017 uploaded and hosted on the website of the first respondent in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any Company or appointed as Director in any Company without any hindrance.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
