ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed Contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.26491 of 2018, dated 06.09.2018
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the order of the Writ Court, the respondents herein had preferred an appeal in W.A.No.498 of 2019 and by order dated 25.02.2019, the writ appeal was partly allowed
3. In view of the same, the present contempt petition cannot be maintained and accordingly, the same stands closed.
