This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I Court, Panruti, in D.No.705 of 2020 dated 18.02.2020.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.29754 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 19.12.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.87 of 2017, within a period of three months. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore has sent communication dated 18.02.2020 in D.No.705 of 2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.87 of 2017 and sought further time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to complete the trial in C.C.No.87 of 2017 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 04.03.2020 lok 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
