ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the son of the detenu - Lakshmi Narayanan aged 56 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondent for production of the detenu. 2.
Though the matter has been adjourned from time to time, the detenu is yet to be secured. We had already passed an order directing the 1st respondent to investigate the circumstances under which the lease deed has been executed which includes payment alleged to have been made followed by possession and signature of the detenu. The 1st respondent is, therefore, directed to comply with the earlier directions of this court and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
continue with the investigation. As and when the detenu is traced, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
3.In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly with the above directions.
