A.No.9534 of 2018 in C.S.No.649 of 2003 R.SURESH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed to implead the respondents 18 to 20 herein as party defendants in C.S.No.649 of 2003.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the applicants / plaintiffs 1, 4 & 5 and Mr.P.K.Sivasubramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the proposed defendants i.e respondents 18 to 20 herein.

3. In so far as the other respondents are concerned, for D1, D11, D13 and D14, though the learned counsel entered appearance, no one is appearing and in respect of others, notice have been served and name is shown in the cause list, however no one has appeared.

4. I have gone through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Since the respondents 18 to 20 herein have became the new trustees of the first respondent trust and therefore, it became necessitated for the plaintiff to implead them also, accordingly this application has been filed.

5. Satisfying with the said reason, this Court is inclined to accept this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
