This petition has been filed to amend the cause title portion in respect of the respondent as Arulmighu Karaneeswarar Temple now represented by the Executive Officer instead of Arulmighu Karaneeswarar Temple represented by its trustees.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition.

4.Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
