O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7379 of 2017 dated 18.12.2017 has not been complied with.

2. In the said order, a direction was given to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.10.2016 and 31.01.2017, seeking to survey and demarcate the property.

3. Today, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order passed in W.P.No.7379 of 2017 dated 18.12.2017 has been complied with, since the survey has been conducted by the concerned authorities. The survey sketch is also placed before this Court and a copy of which is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is having any grievance against such survey.
