of (late) Mr.Aadhimoolam covered under Patta No.1521 and issuance of separate patta bearing No.3354, 3355, 3356, 3357 & 3358 for Survey No.170/4, 171/4, 168/3, 167/3 and 167/2 in Thazhambur village, each measuring one hectare respectively, in the name of respondents 6 to 8 and another person by name Mr.Murguganandam Son of Rajendran, whose whereabouts not known, and for their cancellation within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" based on the letter received on 20.02.2018 submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners also sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
