ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police herein to take legal action against one V.Senthur Pandiyan, S/o.Velu Nadar after register the case accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2018 and vide CSR No.475 of 2018 dated 23.09.2018, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
