O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Chinna Karasapalayam Arulmigu Sree Kongalamman Temple Festival at Mohanur Taluk, Namkkal District on 08.12.2018 between 6.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

3. The respondent has already passed an order considering the representation of the petitioner by rejecting the permission for conducting Cultural Programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Chinna Karasapalayam Arulmigu Sree Kongalamman Temple Festival at Mohanur on the ground that law and order problem is there. The petitioner was also served with the said order of rejection and therefore, it is open to him to challenge the said order.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already given an undertaking before the respondent that he would abide any conditions that may be imposed.

5. In view of the same, the respondent shall reconsider the issue and pass appropriate orders on merits as expeditiously as possible.
