This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in WMP No.22365 of 2016 in W.P.No.26088 of 2016 dated 08.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with. Affidavit of undertaking has also been filed to that effect. Page No.3/6
