ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. It is seen from the records that there is already a money dispute pending between the parties and there is also a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, pending before the Fast Track Court, Alandur. The petitioner has alleged that the other side has approached the respondent police and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
3. The respondent police shall not interfere in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directions to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of the enquiry.
