Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a direction to the respondents to deposit the entire compensation as awarded by the Trial Court by its decree dated 2607-2018 (CMP.23097/2018) pending disposal of the above AS.879/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate and of MR.J.BALAGOPAL, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER FOR RESPONDENT 1 AND OF MR.KARTHIK RAJAN, ADVOCATE FOR RESPONDENT 2 the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioner / appellant. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the interim direction passed by this Court on 24.01.2019 to deposit 50% of the enhanced compensation award amount, has been complied with. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
