Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the files of the second respondent pertaining to its order in Letter No.S.4(1)/33090/2017 dated 27.9.2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service and to extend all service and monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner sought the permission of this Court for the withdrawal of the present writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
