This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai and to permit the petitioner to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2018 to any of the competent Court at Thiruvanamalai.

2. It is submitted that, by order dated 10.12.2018, the Family Court, Sivagangai has disposed of the case in H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2018 and as of today, proceedings are not pending.
