O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner claiming compassionate appointment to her son.

2. Mr. R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband died on 25.08.2005, while in service; thereafter, representations have been submitted on 21.05.2008, 06.09.2011, 23.05.2014 and lastly, on 21.08.2018 seeking compassionate appointment to the son of the petitioner. It is represented that for the said representations, there is no reply.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representations of the petitioner will be considered within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited prayer sought for, without dwelling into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider all the representations, referred to supra, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
