The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.11.2018.

2. According to the petitioner, the second to fifth respondents, by using the forged settlement deed, are trying to get patta in their names and the petitioner has already given representations dated 28.09.2018, 09.03.2018 and 14.10.2018 to the first respondent objecting transfer of patta in the name of the second to fifth respondents and till now, there was no response to the said representations and no enquiry has been conducted by the first respondent.

3. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
