Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1&2 or their subordinates to conduct a fair election in the 3rd respondent Trade Union (Sangam) based upon the representation, dated 01.12.2018.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, all the parties concerned appeared before the Joint Commissioner - II, Labour Welfare Officer, Teynampet, DMS Campus, Chennai - 600 006, on 14.12.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners by placing the reliance of the proceedings in AA2/5124/2018, dated 14.12.2018, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour and submitted that there is no conducive atmosphere to conduct the election on 15.12.2018.
3.Recording the above said letter, dated 14.12.2018, no further order is required in this writ petition. If the parties having any grievances, they are at liberty to approach the Authority concerned/Appropriate forum and seek their grievances, if so advised.
4.In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs in this writ petition.
