JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Challenging the order dated 24.10.2018 passed in I.A.No.4534 of 2018 in O.P.No.3887 of 2017 by the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, the present appeal has been filed. 2.When the matter was listed on 16.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.12.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main Original Petition itself has been withdrawn and a petition for divorce by mutual consent has already been filed and, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.Nos. 23664 and 23665 of 2018 are closed.
