This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Sections 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed by the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge, Viruthachalam in C.A.No.25 of 2014 dated 04.10.2018 in S.C.No.75 of 2009 on the file of the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Viruthachalam datd 23.07.2014 and allow this revision and acquit the revision petitioner from the charge levelled against him.
