Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd to 6th respondents in respect of vacant land in Survey Nos.90, 154, 159, 161, 162, 165 at Selavoyal Village, Chennai to an extent of about 15 acres as claimed by the petitioner in the complaint dated 22.11.2018 and for other reliefs.

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.2 to 6. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, would submit that a complaint was given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and the counter petition was enquired in C.S.R.Nos. 224 of 2018, 239 of 2018 and 240 of 2018 and the same was closed by directing the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court and with the specific direction that the police will not interfere in this dispute.

4.Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed.
