ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to disturb and not to harass the petitioner unlawfully.
2. It is seen from the records that there is already a money dispute pending between the parties. The petitioner has alleged that the other side has approached the respondent police and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
3. The respondent police shall not interfere in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of the enquiry.
