Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Learned Sub Judge to dispose of the I.A.No.118 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2011, on the file of Learned Subordinate Judge, Peramabalur. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Ravichander

O R D E R

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Trial Court was not correct in keeping the application in I.A.No.118 of 2016 pending on the ground that the suit proceedings has been stayed. 2.On a perusal of the interim order granted by this Court in C.R.P.Nos.691 to 693 of 2018 dated 26.02.2018, it is seen that the order passed in I.A.No.82 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017 by the Trial Court alone has been M.S.RAMESH, J.

jas/vsi2 stayed and as such the Trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the other applications pending before it.

3.In the light of the above discussion, the learned Subordinate Judge, Peramabalur, shall endeavour to dispose of I.A.No.118 of 2016 in H.M.O.P. No.59 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations and directions, the present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
