ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. It is seen from records that already there is a money dispute pending before the parties and the petitioner has alleged that the other side has approached the respondent police and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
3. The respondent police shall not interfere in the dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
