This petition has been preferred to implead the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board as the fourth respondent in the writ petition Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed fourth respondent and states that he has no objection in impleading Tamil Nadu Wakf Board as the fourth respondent.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
