This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1603/2018/PG1 dated 12.10.2018, quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondent to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.
