This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR against the persons on complaint dated 27.09.2017 in CSR No.491 of 2017 under the circumstances of the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
