This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the case in CSR No.609 of 2018 of the petitioner complaint dated 12.09.2018 under appropriate penal provisions of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
