This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Cr.M.P.No.6426 of 2018 by order dated 19.11.2018 in crime No.1695 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-8, Neelangarai Police Station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Cr.M.P.No.6426 of 2018 by order dated 19.11.2018 by imposing condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 25.11.2018. Now, he prays to modify the said condition imposed on the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4.Considering the above said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks instead of the respondent police and thereafter shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
