ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the Order and Decretal order dated 18.09.2018 made in I.A.No.22 of 2018 in O.S.No.351 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

2.The learned Principal District Munsiff, Tiruchengode had rejected the petitioners' application on the ground that the petitioners had filed this application belatedly seeking for summoning of the revenue officials to establish certain documents. When the suit was posted for arguments, it is seen that the petitioners herein/Defendants had already produced the original patta before the trial Court. I do not find any reason as to why the Revenue officials should be summoned to establish such documents. Further more, it is seen that the petitioners have not adduced any reason as to why he had not taken out this application at an earlier point of time. As Such, I do not find any infirmity in the lower Court finding that the petitioners have made the application belatedly.

3. In the light of the above observation, I do not think that the order passed by the trial Court requires any interference. Hence, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
