OP No.1191 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by S.Ramalingam, who died intestate on 16.10.2017. The petitioners are the wife and sons of late S.Ramalingam.

2. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Ramalingam, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased S.Ramalingam. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 05.04.2019 jv http://www.judis.nic.in
