(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Both Mr.K.S.Jeyaganeshan, learned Senior Panel Counsel, appearing for petitioner and Mr.R.Malaichamy, learned counsel appearing for R2 would submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by a decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Union of India, Rep. By its Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002 and others vs C.Ramasamy and anr [W.P.Nos.4971 to 4975 & 20488 of 2018 dated 18.03.2022].

In view of the concurrence expressed on this point, this writ petition is dismissed in light of the observations and conclusions in order dated 18.03.2022. No costs.
