By its Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002 and others vs C.Ramasamy and anr [W.P.Nos.4971 to 4975 & 20488 of 2018 dated 18.03.2022].

In view of the concurrence expressed on this point, this writ petition is dismissed in light of the observations and conclusions in order dated 18.03.2022. No costs.
