PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to permit to exhibit cinematographic films or movies continuously for 24 hours in the petitioner theatre and permit to run a canteen / food court in the petitioner's theatre complex as recommended by the 3rd respondent in his report dated 13/07/2018, by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 16/09/2017.
