The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the impugned order of transfer had already been withdrawn by the authorities concern and the writ petitioner is continuing his work in the current posting as Educational District Coordinator.

2. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
