ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to post the petitioner wherever relevant work in his discipline (Instrumentation) is available, whether at Ariyalur Cement Factory or at Alangulam Cement Factory where the post are available now by considering his representation dated 27.11.2018.

Though the relief sought for in this writ petition is larger, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation dated 27.11.2018 of the petitioner expeditiously.

Considering the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation dated 27.11.2018 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
