ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conduct proper inquiry on the complaint dated 02.08.2018 to find out the genuineness of the claim of the respondents 5 to 8 and to make further investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only by following the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
