PRAYER:Appeal suit filed under Section 96 of C.P.C against the decree and judgment in O.S.No.201 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal dated 31.07.2018.

JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the subject matter

of the Appeal had been amicably settled between the parties. He had also addressed letter to the Registrar Judicial dated 22.11.2024 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal.

2. Considering the subject matter of the dispute had been amicably settled between the parties, the Appeal is dismissed as settled between the parties.

3. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the Appellant less commission.
