Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention dated 26.10.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo No.984/BCDFGISSSV/2018 and quash the same and produce the detenue Sripathy, aged about 30 years, S/o Palliyan, before this Court and set him at libety forthwith from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
