The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.44 of 2017 within a fixed time limit.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the written statement has been filed and the suit is ripe for trial.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
