Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the rent for the temple properties situated in Survey Field Nos.1250, 1251/1, 1251/2, 1263/1, 1263/2, 1263/3, 1277, 1281 and 1286 at ward 2, Block 18 of Nagapattinam town, as per present market value and collect the same from the tenants who are in occupation and also to take appropriate action on the tenants who are failing to pay rents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2018 in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
