The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct inquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.10.2018.

3.The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only by following the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
