Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.P.

PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The plaintiff in the suit for permanent injunction is the appellant before this Court. The suit was originally decreed, challenging the same the respondent had filed an appeal before Subordinate Judge, Ranipet in A.S.No.11 of 2011. The Appellate Court has reversed the said Judgment, aggrieved by the same above Second Appeal is filed.

2.This petition is filed to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.93 of 2009 pursuant to the Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.11 of 2011. The suit being one for bare injunction and the plaintiff being the appellant it is not known as to why the plaintiff/appellant wants to have the suit stayed. 3.There is no proceedings pending by this Court to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree in the result the petition is dismissed.
