Vadanemilli Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District of the petitioner as illegal and lapsed U/s.24(2) of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency of Land Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and the Section 11 of National Highways Act.
