ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Juvenile Justice Board, Erode, to consider bail petition filed by the petitioner's son on the same day.

2. The respondent police have registered an FIR for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 342, 307 of IPC in Crime No.141 of 2017. This FIR was registered on 22.04.2017. This petitioner's son has been added as A3 in the FIR.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son is a minor and he is studying in 10th standard at Saraswathi Kalvi Nilayam, Matric Higher Secondary School, Kunnathur. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the other accused persons have already been granted bail/anticipatory bail. Since there is an apprehension that this petitioner's son will be arrested, steps are being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken to file a bail petition before the Court below by surrendering the petitioner's son. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Juvenile Justice Board, Erode, shall consider the bail petition filed by the petitioner's son, in accordance with law and order shall be passed on the same day.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
