This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1670 of 2016, dated 20.01.2016.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.01.2016 in W.P.No.1670 of 2016, patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ issued in favour of one Radha, the fourth respondent

therein was cancelled. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai, to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
