[Order was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner submitted an application to second respondent seeking issuance of Community Certificate to his son V.Vishva. However, the second respondent, under the impugned order, directed the petitioner to approach the concerned Officer at this native place for issuance of Community Certificate. Hence, petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking quash of the order of second respondent passed in Na.Ka.1519/2017/E dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
....05.2018 (signed on 18.05.2018) and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's son viz., V.Vishva stating that he belongs to 'Hindu-Kattu Nayakkan' Community coming under the Scheduled Tribe, based upon the Community Certificate issued by second respondent to the petitioner's daughter viz., V.Yasika vide Community Certificate No.402986/R.Dis.3948/2012 dated 15.03.2013.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader submits that second respondent has issued Community Certificate to the petitioner's son and has also produced a Xerox copy of the Community Certificate before this Court.
Since Community Certificate has been issued to the petitioner's son, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
