ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2018 and Inspector of Police, Srimushnam Police Station to further Investigation in Crime No.164 of 2018 and array the Accused as Raja son of Anbalagan instead of Ramar, Son of Pudurajan based on the documents namely delivery order out pass, FIR, Driving License, Duty Register.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed by the respondent police on 26.10.2018 and the same has been taken on file in CC No.342 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhachalam. The name of the accused in the final report is shown as Ramar.
