Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the respondent No.3 to produce the body of the Petitioner's daughter Saranya, Daughter of M.Venkatesan, aged about 18 years, before this Court and to hand over their custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Saranya, D/o.M.Venkatesan, aged about 18 years, sought production of his daughter.

3. The detenue has been produced by third respondent. She informs of having left from her parental home on her volition, but, now she wishes to return to the parental home and the petitioner is also agreeable.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
