ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and one Boobalan. In this regard, the said Boobalan has given a complaint against the petitioner before the respondent police and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3.The dispute in question is purely civil in nature and therefore, the respondent police is directed to relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court. The respondent police is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
