The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the appeal in RCA.No.5 of 2016 within a time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the RCA has been posted for arguments from 03.11.2016

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge (Rent Controller Appellate Authority), Erode, to dispose of the appeal in RCA.No.5 of 2016, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
